Use Case 2
Owners and operators managing one or multiple short-term rental properties can leverage PINGPAD to streamline guest communications, enhance access convenience, and deliver a more professional hospitality experience.
Similar to the small apartment deployment model, PINGPAD enables a simple, mobile-first visitor communication and access solution without the need for traditional intercom hardware or complex on-site infrastructure.
Under the Basic subscription plan, property owners can provision a dedicated extension for each rental property, creating an individual communication endpoint for guests associated with that location. In addition, a centralized service extension may be used by the owner or property management team to communicate with guests across all managed properties through a single unified contact point.
A QR-based call board may be installed at the entrance of each property using a standardized visitor access workflow. Upon arrival, guests, delivery personnel, or service providers can scan the QR code to initiate direct communication with the appropriate property extension or service contact.
